STOP THE BLEED is a FREE program to help you help others in the event of an emergency.

All classes are free and open to the public.It is a national awareness campaign and call-to-action.

It is intended to cultivate grassroots efforts that encourage bystanders to become trained, equipped, and empowered to help in a bleeding emergency before professional help arrives.

Classes meet 6 - 7 p.m. in the Hylton Education Center on the Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center campus.
